Structure is important, but so is flexibility and without it, you could turn your employees off very quickly. If you’re not willing to compromise, especially when someone has come up with a better idea, it’s hard to find lasting success, or build strong working relationships. Instead be humble and try to see other points of view, and then allow yourself to bend and even change when appropriate.
